Grimen Camping - Bergen

We stayed at Grimen Camping for a few days and it was perfect for our needs. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom with heated floors was a nice surprise. The location by the lake was picturesque and the proximity to the city center was convenient. a comfortable place to stay.

The location of this camping site was absolutely stunning. Surrounded by nature, it felt like a hidden oasis away from the chaos of the city. It was like being in a small wooden house near a serene lake, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.

The quadruple room was perfect for our group, with a washing machine and tumble dryer that made our stay convenient and hassle-free. The private entrance gave us a sense of privacy, making us feel at home.

Personally, I found the sofa in the bungalow to be a bit uncomfortable. But hey, everyone has different preferences, so others might enjoy it.

The beach area was a hidden gem - it felt like having a private slice of paradise. I could soak up the sun and enjoy the refreshing water without the usual crowds. It was like having my own personal resort!

The cabin was super cosy with a double bed, kitchen with all the essentials, and even some condiments provided. The bathroom had good water pressure and was clean. The location near the old postal road and by the lake was picturesque. The coffee machine in the room was a pleasant surprise. The floor heating in the shower was a blessing. Easy access to the city center and airport. Equipment was okay, with outdoor seating and a comfortable interior. The views from the cabin were good and the bed was clean.

The garden at this camping is absolutely stunning! It feels like a lush oasis where you can relax and unwind. The greenery is so abundant that it could rival the famous Hanging Gardens of Babylon.

We had a pleasant stay at a comfortable and clean room/lodge at a decent price. the parking was free and the location was convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel for easy access to the city center.

Although the journey took around 40 minutes, it was a good value for money and we would choose to stay at Grimen Camping again if we return to the area. Cons: Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in numerous hotels, and Grimen Camping was a decent choice for a transit stopover during my travels. The database accurately mentioned that the nearest airport is only 16 km away, making it a convenient option for a quick stay before catching my next flight.

My experience at Grimen Camping was not entirely satisfactory. The database did mention that the cabin was small, but it was even smaller than it appeared on the pictures or described.
